My Fair Return Policy
Every item that I produce for sale is made-to-order and will only ever be made freshly printed and in a new/mint state. In order to make sure there will never be any mistreated products. Any goods returned will be disposed and cannot be resold.
My Promise to you
- If I make a mistake with your order (wrong size, product, wrong colour, etc.), contact me, and I will send you a replacement of your affected products or refund your money
- If you make a mistake with your order, contact me as soon as possible to discuss options which will be available.
I will be committed to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products, However, there will be certain circumstances in which are beyond my control.
Please understand that I cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors made and submitted by the customer
- Errors in user-selected options such as the product sizes and colours.
I ask that all customers to carefully examine their choices of options and order before confirming the order. This includes all products chosen and options.
Should there be any problems with your order, I ask you that you contact me within 14 days of delivery to efficiently and effectively work out a solution. Please include your Order number, contact details and a detailed explanation with photos if possible. I will respond within 24-48 hours after reviewing the matter.
